A Life Team is a group associated with a specific Lutheran congregation and run by that congregation. It aims to make life issues part of that church's ministry.
A Life Chapter is a group associated with National Lutherans for Life. They are not associated with any particular congregation or Lutheran denomination, and aim to educate the larger community, and specifically other Lutherans, on pro-life issues.
