We meet quarterly at various congregations and dates and times are chosen as needed.

The chapter was begun in 1978 and was one of the first chapters organized. The chapter works with Missouri Right to Life with the Mayfest in Perryville, has a float in the parade and an information booth during the festival. We also sponsor a float and information booth at the East Perry Fair and an information booth at the Octoberfest in Frohna. We also participate in the diaper shower sponsored by Missouri LFL.
